1. A reconstruction method for tomography using a “soft field”, which includes: obtaining information about the applied input signals and measured output signals for the excited object using a plurality of transducers; generating a total conductivity matrix based on the above information about the applied input signals and measured output signals; determination of the set of moments using the aforementioned matrix of full conductivity and calculating the distribution of properties of the excited object using mentioned many points. 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising iteratively comparing said plurality of determined moments with a plurality of calculated experimental moments to calculate an estimate of the distribution of properties. The method of claim 1, further comprising converting said total conductivity matrix and determining said plurality of moments using the converted full conductivity matrix. The method of claim 3, further comprising using a Fourier transform matrix for said transform. The method of claim 1, further comprising using a shape-based reconstruction to calculate said distribution of properties. The method according to claim 5, wherein in said reconstruction based on the shape, a grid formed of rectangular or round elements is used. The method of claim 1, further comprising using a grid-based reconstruction to calculate said property distribution. The method of claim 7, further comprising adaptively refining the coordinate grid used for said reconstruction based on the coordinate1.
