The present invention relates to a photocatalytic filter and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a photocatalytic filter in which the percentage of a surface area onto which light is emitted is large, and to a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, provided is the method of manufacturing a photocatalytic filter, wherein a photocatalytic filter is manufactured by stacking at least two grid layers each including a partition having through holes, and the at least two grid layers comprise a first grid layer including a first partition having first through holes and a second grid layer including a second partition having second through holes.
