METHOD, MEANS AND DEVICE FOR RE-MANUFACTURING ENERGY-SAVING FLUORESCENT/MERCURY/METAL-HALIDE LAMPS AND ELECTRONIC TRANSFORMERS, AND FOR REPAIRING AND PREVENTING DAMAGE
Disclosed is an invention which, in the event of a fault in a phase, allows the phase to be completed and the subsequent phases to remain unaffected, the product working with the same quality as before. The invention also enables: the reactivation of the electrodes in energy-saving metal-halide or mercury lamps; the replacement of damaged electronics with working electronics; the insertion of bridge rectifiers into fluorescent lamps at the damaged cathode and into other energy-saving lamps; and the transfer of the glass envelope of energy-saving lamps to the circuits of other energy-saving lamps.
