A device for promoting hand sanitization comprises an assembly (500), used to move a door, and a sanitizing agent dispenser, coupled to the twist latch handle, for simultaneously releasing a sanitizing agent onto the users hand through the port upon manipulation of the twist latch handle to move the door. The assembly includes a twist latch handle (502, 614) coupled to a door latch, and a port (504) located within the twist latch handle.
