PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and properly sterilize the inside of a hollow body.SOLUTION: A hollow body sterilizer comprises inside-outside double injection cylinders (6 and 7), in which the inside injection cylinder (6) is formed so that sterilizing heated water (a) can be discharged into the hollow body (1) by making its discharge port (6a) enter the hollow body (1) from a port part (4) of the hollow body (1), and the outside injection cylinder (7) is formed so that a sterilizing chemical (b) can be discharged into the port part (4) by making its discharge port (7a) stop in the port part (4), and a reversal part (9) is provided in front of the discharge port (7a) of the outside injection cylinder (7), for reversing the sterilizing chemical (b) discharged from the discharge port (7a) of the outside injection cylinder (7) in the port part (4), and a merged liquid of the sterilizing chemical (b) reverse by this reversal part (9) and the sterilizing heated water (a) discharged into the hollow body (1), is made to flow out to the outside of the hollow body (1) from between an inner surface of the port part (4) and the outside injection cylinder (7), and after injecting the sterilizing heated water (a) from the inside injection cylinder (6), aseptic air can be injected into the hollow body from the inside injection cylinder (6).COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】中空体内を迅速かつ適正に殺菌する。【解決手段】内外二重の噴射筒(6,7)を有し、内側噴射筒(6)はその吐出口(6a)が中空体(1)の口部(4)から中空体(1)内に入り込んで殺菌用加熱水(a)を中空体(1)内に吐出し得るように形成され、外側噴射筒(7)はその吐出口(7a)が上記口部(4)内に止まって殺菌用薬液(b)を上記口部(4)内に吐出し得るように形成され、上記外側噴射筒(7)の吐出口(7a)の前方には、上記外側噴射筒(7)の吐出口(7a)から吐出される殺菌用薬液(b)を上記口部(4)内で反転させる反転部(9)が設けられ、この反転部(9)で反転した殺菌用薬液(b)と上記中空体(1)内に吐出された殺菌用加熱水(a)との合流したものを上記口部(4)の内面と上記外側噴射筒(7)との間から中空体(1)外へ流出させるようにし、上記内側噴射筒(6)から殺菌用加熱水(a)を噴射した後、上記内側噴射筒(6)から無菌エアを中空体内に噴射可能にした中空体殺菌装置である。【選択図】図2
