A surgical access port comprising, a compliant port body having a proximal end, a distal end configured to be disposed within a body, and a first lumen extending therethrough, the first lumen defining a first lumen axis, a first plate rotatably connected to the distal end of the port body, the first plate defining an first plate opening that is selectively alignable with the first lumen and a rotation mechanism operatively associated with the first plate and operable to rotate the first plate relative to the compliant port body.
