The disclosure relates to a process of nanogold modification and the modified nanogold. The method comprises a step of providing a nanogold and a step of combing at least one functional group, a NOTA and a PEG-SH with the nanogold. Thus, a single step is needed for combining the functional group (such as an antibody), the NOTA and the PEG-SH with the nanogold, and the process for modifying an Aunp is simplified. Thereby, the segregation of nanogold can be prevented.本發明提供一種奈米金粒子的修飾方法及所製備之奈米金粒子。修飾方法包含提供一奈米金粒子之步驟以及將至少一功能性基團、一NOTA及一硫基聚乙二醇結合至奈米金粒子之步驟。藉此,透過單一步驟即可將功能性基團(例如:抗體)、NOTA及硫基聚乙二醇結合至奈米金粒子,因而減少了修飾裸金所需的步驟。如此一來,可避免奈米金粒子產生凝聚的現象。
