PURPOSE: A cultivation method of functional tomato is provided to obtain the functional tomato containing more than 30ppm of vanadium, 10ppm of sulfur, and 10ppm of calcium. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of functional tomato comprises a step of foliar fertilizing or drench fertilizing more than fifty kinds of chelated minerals to the tomato. The minerals are supplied to the tomato with sesame dregs containing fermentation microorganisms, rice bran, powdered blood, amino acid-fermented products using various kinds of oil meals, and organic acid. Vanadium is supplied to the tomato once every 15 days after the blooming of first flowers after mixing with 1,000 times the amount of water.식물은 광물질 미네랄 흡수가 일부 되나 많은 흡수를 위해 킬래이트화하여 발효미생물 용액에 유기산(포도, 감) 만들어 식물 체내에 흡수시키는 방법으로 바나듐, 유황, 칼슘 등을 작물 체내에 알맞은 수치를 임의로 조종하여 재배하는 기술.
