METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALUMINUM MATERIAL FOR ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELECTRODES, METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
The purpose of the present invention is to produce an aluminum material for electrolytic capacitor electrodes which has a high cube orientation area occupancy and good etching characteristics. A pass immediately before adjustment of the temperature of the aluminum material during rough hot rolling comprising a plurality of passes is defined as a first control pass and a pass immediately after adjustment of the temperature of the aluminum material is defined as a second control pass. After the first control pass is performed at a rolling reduction rate of 25-75%, the temperature of the aluminum material is adjusted to 400-500ºC. Subsequently, the second pass is performed at a rolling reduction rate of 25-75%. The temperature of the aluminum material after the rough hot rolling is not higher than 380ºC.
