PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming tool which can surely form a forming target material, even when the forming target material is conveyed in a displaced state.SOLUTION: This forming tool 1 comprises a swingable member 2, a shaft portion 3 and a roller member 4. The swingable member 2 is disposed above a route for conveying a forming target material, and can be moved in the vertical direction (can be swung in the forming target material-conveying direction). In the swingable member 2, the shaft portion 3 extended in parallel to a swinging shaft (attaching portion 52) and passing through the roller member 4 is held.
