The transport forming unit includes a transport case provided at a lower position of the hopper unit extended along a transport direction, a screw rotatably provided by using a transport direction as an axial direction of a rotating shaft In a transport case and having helical blades around the rotating shaft, and a die having a framework hole provided at a downstream side of the transport direction of the transport case and passing food product raw materials.
