To provide FRESH vegetable salad suppressed in syneresis of FRESH vegetables and a decrease in a viscosity of liquid seasoning and retaining a condition that FRESH vegetables and liquid seasoning are mingled with each other.
SOLUTION: The FRESH vegetable salad which is mixed with liquid seasoning of a viscosity of &le 10 Pa s (initial temperature of 20° C) is obtained by mixing at least one selected from agar, gelatin, gellan gum and carrageenan and a gel-like product comprising hyaluronic acid and/or its salt.
