[Problem] To easily and accurately compile a route through separated portions of a tubular tissue region, such as a region of the colon, even when the tubular tissue region has been separated into a plurality of regions and extracted. [Solution] A device provided with: a three-dimensional image acquisition unit (10) which acquires a three-dimensional image of a subject; a tubular tissue region acquisition unit (11) which acquires, from the three-dimensional image, a tubular tissue region within the specimen; an end-point specification unit (13) which, when the tubular tissue region acquired by the tubular tissue region acquisition unit (11) is being separated, specifies the end-points of each of two tubular tissue regions that are linked by a separated portion; a cross-section image generation unit (14) which generates a cross-section image including the two end-points specified by the end-point specification unit (13); a display control unit (17) which displays the cross-section image generated by the cross-section image generation unit (14) and the three-dimensional image of the tubular tissue region; and a route reception unit (15) which receives the input of a route joining the two tubular tissue regions.
