PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling the freezing preservation of a canine spermatozoon without using yolk, concretely, an agent and a method for the freezing preservation of the canine spermatozoon.SOLUTION: The agent for the freezing preservation of the canine spermatozoon comprises an aqueous solution A containing a sugar, and skim milk, and an aqueous solution B containing the sugar, the skim milk, and glycerol.
