PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring apparatus, an ultrasonic image apparatus, and an ultrasonic measuring method which achieve both high speed and high resolution and are easy to use.SOLUTION: An image is generated by adding a reception signal obtained by receiving an ultrasonic echo by an ultrasonic element array with weight of a fixed value, and a region of interest is set within a range on which the generated image is displayed.
