PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for cooling and a method for producing a hot-filled softgel capsule.SOLUTION: The system for producing the hot-filled softgel capsule utilizes a chilled liquid. The chilled liquid is sent through a chilled liquid conveyor tray to a chilled liquid tank. The chilled liquid conveyor tray sets the direction of chilled liquid toward a chilled liquid layer that is flowing. The softgel capsule comprising heated and charged material is deposited in the cooling liquid layer that is flowing. The layer of chilled liquid cools the capsule by transmitting heat from the capsule to the chilled liquid. The chilled liquid layer that is flowing transfers the capsule out of the chilled liquid conveyor tray into the chilled liquid tank. A capsule carrying conveyor carries the capsule to a chilled liquid removing device out of the chilled liquid tank.
