A compound of the formula (I), ** Formula ** or salt, solvate, or N oxide thereof, wherein X represents N or CH; R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-12 alkyl, substituted C1-12 alkyl wherein the substituents are selected from the group of mono, bi, or spirocyclic, saturated heterocyclyl having 5 to 10 ring atoms and whose heterocyclyl is substituted or not substituted by C1-12 alkyl, amino, substituted mono amino where the substituent is selected from the group consisting of C1-12 alkyl, amino C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 alkyl-amino-C1-12 alkyl, di-C1 alkyl -12-amino-C1-12 alkyl, disubstituted amino wherein the substituents are selected from the group consisting of C1-12 alkyl, amino C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 alkyl-amino-C1-12 alkyl, di-C1 alkyl -12-C1-12 amino-alkyl, C1-12 alkoxy, halo-C1-12 alkoxy; R2 represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-12 alkyl, substituted C1-12 alkyl wherein the substituents are selected from the group of mono, bi, or spirocyclic, saturated heterocyclyl having 5 to 10 ring atoms and whose heterocyclyl is substituted or not substituted by C1-12 alkyl, amino, substituted mono amino where the substituent is selected from the group consisting of C1-12 alkyl, amino C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 alkyl-amino-C1-12 alkyl, di-C1 alkyl -12-amino-C1-12 alkyl, disubstituted amino wherein the substituents are selected from the group consisting of C1-12 alkyl, amino C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 alkyl-amino-C1-12 alkyl, di-C1 alkyl -12-C1-12 amino-alkyl, C1-12 alkoxy, halo-C1-12 alkoxy; A represents an aromatic structural unit with 6 to 14 carbon atoms of the ring or a heteroaromatic structural unit with 5-13 ring atoms; whereby said aromatic or heteroaromatic structural unit is substituted or not replaced by one or more substituents -RA1-RA2; B represents an aromatic structural unit with 6 to 14 carbon atoms of the ring or a heteroaromatic structural unit with 5-13 ring atoms; whereby said aromatic or heteroaromatic structural unit is substituted or not replaced by one or more substituents -RB1-RB
