The sofa including the calf massage unit is invented to overcome fatigue and reduce fat in a calf by protruding from the lower part of the sofa so that a user massages the calf of the user while inserting the calf therein. The sofa including the calf massage unit comprises: a sofa a massage unit main body mounted on the rear surface of a finishing panel and including a pair of calf mounting grooves inclined and extended to the rear side from the upper part to the lower part a massage device and a rotation unit located on a center axis same as that of an air pump and including a cylindrical hinge wherein a part of the upper part is inserted and fixed into an upper frame and the lower part is inserted into a hinge hole formed in the massage unit main body. The sofa includes: a lower frame at a front lower end the upper frame located in the upper part spaced from the lower frame a front panel finishing the front between the lower frame and the upper frame and a finishing panel finishing a penetrated part of the front panel, wherein a part of the front panel is penetrated in a square shape in the front and rear directions.
