PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device capable of imparting a massage feel similar to a manual massage.SOLUTION: An air massage device 1 includes: an attachment 30 wound around a massage portion and an outer calf air bag 41 and an inner calf air bag 42 attached on the attachment 30 and arranged in a width direction of the attachment 30. The air massage device 1 further includes: a space part 43 arranged between the air bags 41, 42 an air pump supplying air to the air bags 41, 42 and an air tube connecting the air bags 41, 42 and the air pump. The air massage device 1 further includes: connection parts connecting the air bags 41, 42 and the air tube and communication parts 44, 45 communicating between the air bags 41, 42 so as to circulate air.
