The present invention relates to an automatically acting syringe which comprises: a lower case (10) into which a handle (115) of a syringe (110) can be inserted an air pressure expanding tool which discharges an injection solution through a syringe needle (112) by pushing a piston (111) of the syringe (110) inserted into the lower case (10) an air pump (30) which injects air into the air pressure expanding tool and an upper case (60) which includes the air pressure expanding tool, the air pump (30), and a power switch (50) which applies or blocks power to the air pump (30) and is combined with the lower case (10).
