The object of the invention is a mobile rehabilitation system designed to rehabilitate upright, sitting or lying, children and adults, especially those who have been diagnosed with the syndrome of fear of falling and those with imbalances,comprising a rail mounted on a platform (1),a trolley moving in a rail (2),an ear in the form of a metal element mounted on the trolley and placed below the rail to which a line (6) and a harness (8) is mounted by means of a loop (3) and a carabiner (4) descending downwards.
