To provide a liposome preparation having excellent preservability and containing a tocopheryl phosphate.

SOLUTION: The DRY liposome preparation includes a tocopheryl phosphate ester represented by formula 1 (wherein R1and R2are each selected from hydrogen and sodium and at least one of them is sodium) or its salt and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone). Especially liposome is preferably formed from a soybean-derived phospholipid or a hydrogenated phospholipid. The drying is preferably carried out by a freeze-drying method. When the dried liposome preparation is dissolved in an aqueous preparation and used and the preparation is preferably mixed with a saccharide by taking solubility in the dissolution into account.
