To provide a method for stably preserving a capsule containing reduced coenzyme Q10useful as foods, functional nutritive foods, specific health foods, nutritional supplements, nutrients, animal drugs, drinks, feeds, cosmetics, medicines, remedies, preventive drugs and etc.

SOLUTION: The method for preserving reduced coenzyme Q10comprises producing or obtaining a capsule containing reduced coenzyme Q10and controlling an environment around the capsule at &ge 0% and &le 60% relative humidity. Consequently reduced coenzyme Q10is stably preserved without requiring a considerable cost and much labor or specific equipment.
