PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus, an image processing system and a recording/reproducing method which allow easy comparison of X-ray perspective videos acquired through a plurality of examinations observing movement of an object.SOLUTION: In a deglutition test, an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus 1 picks up an X-ray perspective video of a section including a hyoid bone section 75. An image processing system 22 acquires the X-ray perspective video and detects a movement of the hyoid bone section 75 in the video by a recording/reproducing program 50. The recording/reproducing program 50 adds information identifying a frame in which the movement of the hyoid bone section 75 is detected as synchronous reproduction information to the X-ray perspective video and stores it in a storage device 23.
