The present invention relates to a laser handpiece for dental treatment, which can emit laser beams to only a part in need of treatment and is easily replaced with a new one, the handpiece comprising a main body which is connected to a laser generating device and has a moving path in which the laser beam generated from the laser generating device moves； a laser beam-emitting tip which is installed to attach and detach from the front on the main body and emits out the laser beam along with the moving path wherein the laser beam-emitting tip has an optical fiber inside. In the laser handpiece of the present invention, the laser beam-emitting tip and the end part of the optical fiber have a fixed rake angle so that the emitted laser beam is deflected.본 발명은 레이저 발생 장치와 연결되고 레이저 발생 장치로부터 발생된 레이저 빔이 이동할 수 있는 이동 경로가 형성된 본체； 및 상기 본체의 전방에 탈부착 가능하게 설치되고 상기 이동 경로를 따라 이동되는 레이저 빔을 외부로 조사하는 레이저 빔 조사 팁을 포함하고, 상기 레이저 빔 조사 팁은 내부에 광섬유가 내장되고, 상기 레이저 빔 조사 팁과 상기 광섬유의 단부는 조사되는 레이저 빔이 편향되도록 소정의 경사각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과 치료용 레이저 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 치료 부위에만 레이저 빔을 효과적으로 조사할 수 있고, 교체가 용이하다.
