The present invention comprises； a fixing hole of a fiber equipped with an upside down U-shaped groove on a hand piece side installed on the main body side of a laser generation device for medical treatment； a fiber fixing hole equipped with a U-shaped groove on the hand piece side； a fiber fixing holder primarily coupled to the upside down U-shaped groove and the U-shaped groove, for completely adhering and fixing the same； and a thread equipped inside the fiber fixing holder for safely radiating laser by being coupled with the thread installed outside the fiber fixing hole on the laser generation device side. One side of the fiber fixing hole on the hand piece side and the surrounding circumference of the fiber fixing hole on the main body side of the laser generation device side enable to recognize the coupled fiber with a local wireless communications method and to transmit the laser. When the access is not recognized by the local wireless communications method, the laser generation device is not operated.의료용 레이저 발생장치의 본체 측에 설치되는 핸드피스측 ∩홈이 구비된 화이버의 고정구, 핸드피스측 ∪홈이 구비된 화이버 고정구, 상기 ∩홈과 ∪홈이 1차적으로 결합되고 이를 완전히 밀착 · 고정시키기 위한 화이버 고정홀더, 상기 화이버 고정홀더의 내측에 구비된 나사산은 레이저 발생장치 측의 화이버 고정구의 외측에 설치된 나사산과 체결되어 안전하게 레이저를 조사하게 된다. 핸드피스측의 화이버 고정구의 일측과 레이저 발생장치의 본체측의 화이버 고정구의 원주상의 주위에는 근거리 무선통신 방식으로 체결된 화이버를 인식하고 레이저를 전달하게 한다. 근거리 무선통신 방식으로 접속을 인식하지 못하는 경우는 레이저 발생장치가 작동을 하지 않게 된다.
