Laser hand piece is disclosed. The laser hand piece comprises: a main body comprising a window for outputting laser； a head coupled with the main body for changing an optical path of the laser outputted from the window； and a head tip inserted inside the upper end of the head and stored with the laser from the head for irradiating the affected part. The head includes: a fixing chuck arranged inside the upper end to be coupled the head tip to the head by storing one end of the head tip and fixating； and an o-ring arranged inside the upper end to be sealing the gap between the head and the head tip by storing one end of the head tip.
