PURPOSE: A fruit cutting part is provided to connect the cutting part to the surface of fruits regardless of the radius of curvature and the size of the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit cutting part(20) is fixed in the lower part of a main body(10) which is fixed with a rotating plate. The first member is fixed to the rotating plate. The second member(12) is fixed with the first element rotating at a certain angle, and the cutting part is arranged in the lower part of the second member. An elastomer pushes for elasticity to the first and the second members to prevent rotating. The elastomer is a torsional spring(30).본 발명에 의하면 커터부의 본체가 그 길이방향의 가상의 중심축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 함으로써 과일의 표피와 칼날부의 접촉이 원활하게 하여 과일의 박피효율이 향상되는 박피기용 커터부를 제공할 수 있다.본 발명은, 상단부는 회전하는 회전판에 결합하는 본체와 상기 본체의 하단부에 결합하는 칼날부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 칼날부가 흡입패드에 일시고정된 상태로 회전하는 과일의 표면에 닿은 상태로 상기 과일의 외주면을 따라 회전하면서 상기 과일의 표피를 제거하는 박피기용 커터부에 있어서, 상기 본체는 상기 회전판에 결합하는 제1부재와, 상기 제1요소에 일정각도 상대회전가능하게 결합하며 그 하단부에는 상기 칼날부가 마련되는 제2부재와, 상기 제1부재와 제2부재의 상대회전을 제한하는 방향으로 탄성 가압하는 탄성체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박피기용 커터부를 제공한다.
