The present invention relates to an ankle joint aid comprising: a wearing unit which has a fixation part, covering a calf, and a support part, covering a sole and a heel, which are separately formed to a location close to an ankle bone, and has a Velcro tape, joined to upper portions of the fixation part and the support part, for covering the calf and a top of a foot； a joining unit which has upper and lower joining plates extended to a location corresponding to an ankle joint and installed on the fixation part and the support part, and has at least one joining hole and at least one rotation hole which are formed on the joining plate to guide installation and rotation； a joint unit which has a joint plate, formed between the joining plates to guide the fixation part and the support part to be rotated in the direction corresponding to the ankle joint, and includes a spring embedded to apply elastic force in one direction to the lower joining plate on the joint plate and to promote appropriate walking； and an adjustment unit which allows an adjusting screw for varying the elastic force of the spring to be joined to the joint plate to convert an operation type based on disease and has at least one adjusting hole for limiting a rotation range of the lower joining plate.
