The present invention relates to a prefabricated floating body and, more specifically, relates to a prefabricated floating body in which a plurality of unit bodies having a space in which buoyancy is independently formed are coupled to each other. According to the present invention, in the prefabricated floating body, the unit bodies individually form an independent buoyancy space to maintain buoyancy in spite of partial damage, and a damaged portion can be changed to reduce maintenance costs.
