The present invention relates to an aerial power distribution line fixing apparatus with a lightning protection function, comprising: an insulator (10) installed on an arm (S) of a utility pole (P) to support an aerial power distribution line (L); a gripper (20) installed on the insulator (10) to be lifted to press and fix the aerial power distribution line (L); a stopper (30) installed on the insulator to be inserted and detached to regulate an inflow and an outflow of air; a lightning cover (40) to enclose the aerial power distribution line (L) and the insulator (10) to protect the aerial power distribution line (L) and the insulator (10) from lightning; and an eradication apparatus (50) installed on the lightning cover (40) to eradicate birds. Sunlight reflected by a reflection plate of the eradication apparatus disturbs views of birds to resolve a problem where birds nest around the arm.
