FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to neurophysiology, and can be used for regulation and recovery of independent walking in patients with traumatic injuries and/or spinal and/or brain diseases using percutaneous electric stimulation of spinal cord. Method involves simultaneous continuous stimulation of spinal cord at least at level of vertebras T11-T12 and rhythm stimulation of spinal roots at level of vertebras T11 and L1, wherein the level of stimulation and lateral stimulation depends on the phase and rate of movement of the intact upper and/or lower extremity. Rhythmic stimulation of the spinal roots is ensured by the motion of the intact upper and/or lower extremity.
