The present invention relates to a multifunctional electrical surgical instrument, including a main axis (100)； a claw operating axis (200)； and a scissors operating axis (300). The surgical instrument of the present invention enables the claw operating axis (200) to move forward with use of a lever (10) while a lower claw (210) is spread from an upper claw (110) with respect to a hinge (101), and the surgical instrument of the present invention enables the claw operating axis (200) to move backward while the lower claw (210) is closed from the upper claw (110) to hold tissues.
