The use measurement unit (201) measures use state when electricity is supplied to the surgical instrument distal end (200) by the positioning arm (100). The operation of the surgical instrument distal end (200) may be automatically locked when the surgical instrument distal end (200) has come to the end of its life as a result of measuring of the use measurement unit (201).
