PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of surely taking out a tablet unpacking of which is not yet completed since the tablet is caught in an aluminum foil of a tablet sheet when an unwrapping operation is performed.SOLUTION: A tablet supply device for taking out a tablet from a tablet sheet in which the tablet is sealed in a tablet housing part and supplying the tablet, includes one or a plurality of tablet taking out units, and a supply unit for supplying a tablet taken out by the tablet taking out unit. The tablet taking out unit includes a mounting base on which the tablet sheet is mounted, and an pushing out mechanism of pushing the tablet housing part of the tablet sheet on the mounting base and taking out the tablet. The tablet supply device has a detection mechanism of detecting whether the tablet has been taken out from the tablet housing part by the pushing.
