PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount device that confirms a mounted state and has a power saving effect, and a detecting method.SOLUTION: A mount device 10 includes a housing 11, a processor 12, a storage unit 13, a detection unit 14, and a power supply unit 15. The processor 12 is disposed in the housing 11. The storage unit 13 is disposed in the housing 11, connects with the processor 12, and has a default value. The detection unit 14 is disposed in the housing 11, and connects with the processor 12. The detection unit 14 is suitable to output a detection value to store it in the storage unit 13.
