This invention discloses methods for regulating multiple organs, multiple genes and multiple targets by using a polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No.1 and/or homology thereof. The present polypeptide reveals the potency to regulate transcription of multiple genes and expression of multiple targets. Therefore, a composition having the polypeptide can be applied to regulate the expression of multiple targets in multiple organs of patients.
