The invention relates to three state inverse brake system for rollator wherein the three states are: A first state wherein the wheels are blocked, a second state wherein the braking power can be controlled by the user and the brake system revert to the first blocked state automatically if the user lose control, a third state wherein the braking power is fixed and not controlled by the user, and the brake system revert to the blocked state if the system accidentally slips out of the third state.Linvention concerne un système de freinage inverse à trois états pour un déambulateur, les trois états étant les suivants : un premier état dans lequel les roues sont bloquées, un deuxième état dans lequel la puissance de freinage peut être commandée par lutilisateur et le système de frein revient au premier état bloqué automatiquement en cas de perte de contrôle par lutilisateur, un troisième état dans lequel la puissance de freinage est fixe et non contrôlée par lutilisateur, et le système de freinage revient à létat bloqué si le système sort accidentellement du troisième état.
