The present invention relates to a differentiation method from tonsil-derived stem cells to hepatocytes and a cell therapy composition for treating hepatopathy comprising hepatocytes and tonsil-derived stem cells obtained by the method. The differentiation method from tonsil-derived stem cells to hepatocytes of the present invention effectively differentiates hepatocytes in a short period of time by using tonsil tissue which is discarded after amygdalectomy. Also, the hepatocytes obtained therefrom have movement ability to damaged liver in the body and differentiation potency.
