The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for recovering liver function and preventing and treating liver damage caused by hepatotoxin, containing a hepatotoxin-derived adipocyte stem cell induction culture solution as an active ingredient. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, by using the hepatotoxin-derived adipocyte stem cell induction culture solution, it is possible to suppress death of hepatocyte in hepatic tissue which is damaged by hepatotoxin, and also to treat liver damage by promoting regeneration of hepatocyte, thereby effectively recovering liver function.본 발명은 간독소 유래 지방줄기세포 유도 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 간독소에 의해 발생하는 간 손상 예방, 치료 및 간 기능 회복용 약학 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 간독소 유래 지방줄기세포 유도 배양액을 사용하여 간 독소에 의해 손상된 간 조직 내 간 세포의 사멸을 억제하고, 간 세포 재생을 촉진하여 간 손상을 치료할 수 있고, 간 기능을 효과적으로 회복시킬 수 있다.
