PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomedical information measurement device and a biomedical information measurement method capable of meeting a predetermined safety standard relating to the biomedical information measurement device, even when a noncontact charging system is used.SOLUTION: This biomedical information measurement device LM comprises: a measurement unit 11 for measuring predetermined biomedical information; a charging and discharging unit 17 for charging and discharging; a power receiving and charging unit 14 which charges the charging and discharging unit 17 by the noncontact charging system; and a control operation unit 13 for controlling the measurement operation of the measurement unit 11.
