PURPOSE: A salinity measuring apparatus for salt water, and a vegetable salting apparatus using thereof are provided to adjust the concentration of the salt water before supplying to a salt water tank. CONSTITUTION: A salinity measuring apparatus for salt water comprises the following: a salt water measuring tank(1100) storing the salt water supplied from a salt water supplying unit(1400), and including an over-flow unit(1110) flowing the salt water when the salt water exceeds the certain water level a measuring unit(1200) measuring the weight of the salt water and the salt water measuring tank by being installed on the lower side of the salt water measuring tank a controller(1300) sending signals to a salt tang for stopping the supply of salt to the salt water measuring tank when the weight measured from the measuring unit is heavier than the maximum set weight, or starting the supply of the salt when the weight measured from the measuring unit is lighter than the minimum set weight and a salt water discharging unit(1500) discharging and stopping the flow of the salt water from the over-flow unit.본 발명은 염수측정기에 관한 것으로, 특히 염수의 농도를 측정하고 농도를 조절하여 염수탱크에 필요한 농도의 염수를 공급할 수 있도록 된 염수측정기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 염수측정기(1000)는, 염수공급부(1400)에서 공급된 염수를 수용할 수 있으며, 공급된 염수가 일정한 수위를 넘게 되면 염수가 흘러넘쳐서 배출되도록 한 오버플로우부(1110)를 갖춘 염수계량탱크(1100)와, 상기 염수계량탱크의 하부에 설치되어 염수와 염수계량탱크를 합한 무게를 전자적인 신호로 계량하도록 된 계량수단(1200)과, 상기 계량수단에서 염수와 염수계량탱크를 합한 무게를 계량한 값이 최대설정된 무게 보다 더 많이 측정된 경우에는 소금탱크(2003)에 신호를 보내어 소금의 공급을 차단하도록 제어하는 제어부(1300)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
