PURPOSE: An ice cream producing apparatus and an ice cream discharging control method of the same are provided to produce soft ice cream with optimum ice quality, and to rapidly discharge the fixed amount of the soft ice cream to the outside of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit (10) changes the rotation speed of a dasher by the frequency size of operation power. A power supply unit (20) outputs the operation power having the predetermined frequency. A conversion unit (30) converts the frequency of the operation power outputted from the power supply unit, and outputs the operation power. A control unit (40) selectively transfers the operation power to a dasher operation unit from the power supply unit and the conversion unit by the opening and closing of a discharging port. A MICOM (41) controls a control switch by the opening and closing of the discharging port. The control switch (42) transfers the operation power outputted from the conversion unit to the dasher operation unit. A sensor unit (50) detects the opening and closing of the discharging port, and transfers detection information to the control unit.
