The ingredient supply unit has multiple ingredient supply tanks (103a, 103b, 103c), and each ingredient supply tank has a corresponding ingredient discharge supply port (1031). The liquid material supply unit has multiple liquid material supply tanks (105a, 105b, 105c), and each liquid material supply tank has a corresponding liquid discharge supply port (1051). The transport unit is used for transporting at least one container (107), so that the at least one container passes through the corresponding supply ports of the supply units one by one and the at least one container can be filled with required materials at periodical pauses of the transport unit. The control unit controls, according to at least one formula instruction, material discharge of the supply units electrically connected to the control unit and operation of the transport unit, so as to fill required materials into a container corresponding to the at least one formula instruction.
