PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus for photographing a tomographic image of an eye to be examined, capable of excellently acquiring a tomographic image of a feature site.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic photographing apparatus includes: a photographing optical system which has a scanning unit for scanning an eye to be examined with measurement light emitted from a light source to obtain a tomographic image of the eye to be examined an observation optical system which includes a light-receiving device for receiving reflected light from the eye to be examined to obtain a front image of the eye to be examined a setting means for processing a previously acquired tomographic image or front image to detect the feature site of the eye to be examined by image processing, and setting the acquisition position of the tomographic image on the front image on the basis of the position of the detected feature site and a drive control means for detecting, by image processing, the positional deviation between a live motion image acquired by the observation optical system and the front image in which the acquisition position of the tomographic image is set, controlling the drive of the scanning means on the basis of a result of detection, and correcting the scanning position with respect to the feature site.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 特徴部位の断層画像を良好に取得する。【解決手段】 光源から発せられた測定光を被検眼上で走査するための走査手段を有し、被検眼の断層画像を得るための撮像光学系と、被検眼からの反射光を受光する受光素子を有し、被検眼の正面画像を取得する観察光学系と、予め取得された断層画像又は正面画像を処理して被検眼のある特徴部位を画像処理により検出し、検出された特徴部位の位置に基づいて断層画像の取得位置を正面画像上に設定する設定手段と、観察光学系によって取得されるライブ動画像と、断層画像の取得位置が設定された正面画像との位置ずれを画像処理により検出し、検出結果に基づいて走査手段の駆動を制御し、特徴部位に対する走査位置を補正する駆動制御手段と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
