PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate the degree of an error in follow-up imaging using OCT measurement.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological imaging device is used in follow-up imaging for acquiring a tomographic image by referring to a front image of a subject eye acquired in the past and scanning the same position as the past image with light, and comprises: an imaging part which acquires the front image of the subject eye a tomographic image formation part which forms the tomographic image by scanning the subject eye with light a storage part which stores the first front image of the subject eye and the second front image acquired in follow-up imaging performed by referring to the first front image an information acquisition part which acquires positional deviation information between the front and second images by analyzing the first and second front images and a calculation part which calculates an evaluation value of an error at the scanning position in the follow-up imaging on the basis of the positional deviation information. The storage part stores the front images obtained first and last in a period in which scanning with light is performed in the follow-up imaging as the second front images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】OCT計測を用いたフォローアップ撮影の誤差の程度を定量的に評価する。【解決手段】眼科撮影装置は、過去に取得された被検眼の正面画像を参照し過去と同一位置を光で走査して断層像を取得するためのフォローアップ撮影に用いられ、被検眼の正面画像を取得する撮影部と、被検眼を光で走査して断層像を形成する断層像形成部と、被検眼の第1の正面画像と、これを参照して行われたフォローアップ撮影において取得された第2の正面画像とを記憶する記憶部と、第1及び第2の正面画像を解析して、これら正面画像の間の位置ずれ情報を取得する情報取得部と、位置ずれ情報に基づいて、当該フォローアップ撮影における走査位置の誤差の評価値を算出する算出部とを有する。記憶部は、第2の正面画像として、当該フォローアップ撮影で光の走査が行われた期間において最初及び最後に得られた正面画像を記憶する。【選択図】図3
