PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably acquire a tomographic image in a region desired by an examiner.SOLUTION: An ophthalmology imaging apparatus includes: an OCT optical system for generating a tomographic image of a subjects eye, which has scanning means for scanning a measuring beam emitted from a light source in a cross direction on the subjects eye an observation optical system for generating a front image of the subjects eye first display control means for causing display means to display the front image instruction receiving means for receiving the input of an instruction from an examiner second display control means for displaying a scanning pattern for presetting the scan position of the scanning means on an optional position on the front image according to the instruction received by the instruction receiving means scanning control means for controlling the drive of the scanning means to scan the measuring beam on the scan position corresponding to the scanning pattern on the front image and pattern deformation means for deforming the scanning pattern according to the position of the scanning pattern on the front image.
