PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed/toilet combination for a physically impaired person, an intractable disease patient, and an elderly person.SOLUTION: A bed/toilet combination has a Western-style flush toilet under a bed, including: a motor A1, a motor B2, an elevation device 3 of a backrest plate, a seating device 4 of a toilet seat, an opening device 5 of a foot part, a hip supporting belt 6, a pull-in shutter 7, and attachable/detachable mat 8. The motor A is motor-driven to raise the backrest plate, operating the opening device of a foot part to open the foot part. The motor B raises and lowers the seating device of a toilet seat from the bed surface to the seating surface. The seating device of a toilet seat has a frame structure in accordance with the toilet seat shape. A user removes a mat and place the hip on the seating device of a toilet seat in which a hip support belt is stretched. With the pull-in shutter 7 drawing under the foot, and with the backrest plate raising by the motor A, the opening device of a foot part is operated and the feet are placed in a foot insertion space. After seating on the toilet seat, the hip support belt is shifted rearward, making the use of the toilet possible. Returning to the bed is performed by a procedure in reverse order.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】身障者・難病患者・高齢者のための、ベッド一体化トイレを提供する。【解決手段】洋式水洗トイレをベッド下部に設置し、モータA1とモータB2、背もたれ板上昇装置3と、便座着座装置4と、足部開放装置5と、臀部支持ベルト6と、引き込みシャッター7と、着脱式マット8を持つ。モータAは電動で背もたれ板を起こし足部開放装置を動作させて足部を開放する。モータBは便座着座装置をベッド面から便座面までの上下を行う。便座着座装置は便座の形状に合わせるフレーム構成とする。利用者は、マットを取り外し、臀部支持ベルトを張ってある便座着座装置へお尻を置く。引き込みシャッター7を足もとへ引き込むと共に、背もたれ板をモータAで起こしながら、モータBにより、足部開放装置を動作させ、足を足差し込みスペースへ置く。便座へ着座後は、臀部支持ベルトを後方へずらし、トイレの利用が可能になる。ベッドへの復帰は、逆の手順で行う。【選択図】図1
