An object of the present invention is to provide an effective method for the treatment and prevention of hadamushi disease. The object is to encode a serine protease or antigenic fragment thereof containing histidine, aspartic acid, and serine in the active center of Benedenia seriolae or Neobenedenia girellae of the present invention. It can be solved by a fish DNA vaccine characterized by comprising DNA containing a nucleotide sequence or an expression vector containing the DNA as an active ingredient.
