The present invention relates to a method for preparing a water ice molded confection product having a shell and core form. The method of the present invention: facilitates preparation of a water ice molded confection product having different cross-sectional shapes of product and core using two shaping molds facilitates preparation of the water ice molded confection product having various cross-sectional shapes of cores and is able to arouse curiosity and interest of consumers by being differentiated from conventional water ice molded confection products. In addition, the preparation method of the present invention does not include a suction process for forming the core, and thus not requires a suction apparatus and a tank for recovering the absorbed water ice, thereby being able to reduce costs and endeavor for recycling the recovered water ice. To this end, the method for preparing a water ice molded confection product having a shell and core form of the present invention comprises the following steps: (1) filling first water ice in a first shaping mold (2) preparing a core by inserting a stick into the first water ice and freezing the same (3) extracting the prepared core from the first shaping mold (4) filling second water ice in a second shaping mold, which is bigger than the first shaping mold (5) inserting the core extracted in the step (3) into a second shaping mold, in which the second water ice of the step (4) is filled (6) preparing a water ice molded confection product by freezing the second water ice and (7) extracting the frozen water ice molded confection product from the second shaping mold.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 쉘 및 코어(shell & core) 형태의 아이스바의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법은 2개의 성형몰드를 사용하여 제품의 단면 모양과 코어의 단면 모양이 상이한 아이스바의 제조를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 단면 모양의 코어를 갖는 아이스바의 제조를 가능하게 하는바, 종래 아이스바와 차별화되어 소비자들의 호기심과 재미를 유발할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법은 코어의 성형을 위한 흡입(suction) 공정이 없으므로, 흡입 장치나 흡입된 빙과액을 회수하기 위한 탱크가 필요하지 않고, 회수된 빙과액을 재활용하기 위한 노력과 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
